Admission Guidelines


The guidelines for admission to classes from Balvatika-I to X for the Academic Session 2025-2026 in the Atomic Energy Central Schools are as follows:

  
(i) Children of employees of the Constituent Units, Projects, Aided Institutes, Public Sector undertaking under full control of Department of
     Atomic Energy (DAE) are eligible for admission in Atomic Energy Central Schools.  
(ii) The admission to the wards of CISF employees working in DAE units would be considered at par with DAE wards as long as the CISF  
     employee continues to work in DAE units. This concession ceases once CISF employee leaves DAE or its Constituent Units.


Admission Form can be downloaded from AEES/AECS Indore website. The duly filled form along with the receipt of fee of Rs. 100/- paid online on SBI Collect should be submitted to the AEC School in which the admission is being sought. OR Admission Form can also be procured from the office of AEC School in which admission is sought by submitting the receipt of fee of Rs. 100/- paid online on SBI Collect.


1. Original Birth Certificate along with an attested copy is to be submitted at the time of admission in Balvatika-I or Class – 1. 
     Admission will not be granted on the basis of an affidavit in lieu of a birth certificate.  
2. Transfer Certificate is to be submitted when Admission is sought in classes 2 to 10.  
3. Quarter allotment order/Sharing permission order from the Department of the parent/guardian. 
4. A copy of employment certificate of the parent from the concerned unit of DAE or attested copy of latest salary slip or copy of valid
     Identity Card along with original Identity Card for verification.  
5. A copy of the caste certificate.  
6. Certificate from the administrative head of the unit of DAE certifying correctness of address if not residing in DAE quarters.   
7. A copy of the CHSS card in the name of the child.
8. Aadhar Card copy of parents and child.



The eligible minimum and maximum age as on 31st March – 2025 for admission in various classes is as follows.























Fees will be charged for all the twelve months of an academic session at the time of admission. However, fee can be paid in two instalments i.e. in April and October of the academic session. 
The Fee Structure for DAE Students is as follows:







































1) Once admission is granted to a Non-DAE student in an AEC School at a centre having more than one school, no further request will be
     entertained for change of school.  
2) Information, if found wrong at any stage, will lead to the cancellation of the admission.

                  Laboratory fee not to be paid by Commerce stream students.



     

      Steps for paying fees through online SBI  
  • Open www.onlinesbi.com   
  • Select State Bank Collect tab  
  • Tick Check box and click Proceed button  
  • Select State of corporate/Institution - <Madhya Pradesh>  
  • Select type of corporate/ Institution ,<Educational Institution>  
  • Click on go button  
  • Select Educational Institution name <ATOMCI ENERGY CENTRAL SCHOOL INDORE>  
  • Click submit button  
  • Select payment category <Term fees>  
  • Fill the required details and click on submit button 
 
 
      Kindly go through the school fee structure which is kept on our notice board.  
  • Fill all the details of student and fees carefully. School will not be responsible for any discrepancy.  
  • Payment can be made through Internet Banking, using debit or credit card & through bank challan.  
  • For payment through Bank Challan, download the challan through above procedure & submit in bank.  
  • No column should be left blank. If there is a single section in the concerned class, section can be mentioned as ‘A’. If the concerned fee is not applicable, “0” (zero ) should be entered.   
  • Late fee of Rs.50/- is compulsory after the due dates Late fee can not be paid separately. 
  • Fee receipt can be printed after the payment of school fee through online and submit the copy to the Class teacher on working day.
